An irish investor acquired two adjacent vacant apartment buildings in a designated area. The buildings and with their courtyard annexes were in very poor condition with high levels of dry rot, fire damage and general vandalism. RBA were tasked as general planner to provide all necessary consultancy services including H&S co-ordinator, landscape design, architectural services, M&E planning and structural engineering. |
