An australian investor purchased the logistics complex in 2006. Much of the complex was vacant or became vacant shortly after the acquisition. As new tenants were found, areas of the complex were remodelled and modernised to suit the new requirements.

RBA was commissioned as general planner from conception to handover covering all consultancy services including architecture, M&E, fire safety and structural engineering.

RBA co-ordinated all firms on site and represented the Client at site meetings and in negotiations with the tenant, Leica Geosystems.
