Housing complexes in Hamburg were acquired by a large German property fund. Due to lack of investment over the life of the buildings, deficits were apparent in the running costs and general standards.

RBA was commissioned to produce concepts, check feasibility and costs and provide a presentation to aid in the marketing and in discussions with tenants.

Following site visits, discussions with the local authorities and energy efficiency calculations a concept was developed incorporating the client's commercial requirements to improve standards and add value.
