Following initial contact at a seminar in Dublin on German Property opportunities, RBA set up a project partnership with OCA Architects and Joe Cadogan Architects to offer services for a major development at Schönefeld Airport near Berlin.

RBA/OCA was commissioned to provide an initial masterplan for a mixed use residential, office and logistics development on a 25 ha site. RBA/OCA provided analyses of maximum realistic development potential and an organisational framework for further development in the course of marketing and tenant acquisition.
