RBA was commissioned to provide architectural services from conception to handover for the fit out of a vacant office complex as a call centre. Work carried out involved renewal of ceilings and lighting, renewal of floor and wall finishes and installation of new glazed and solid partition walls throughout.

The call centre technical infrastructure is housed in two technical suites which required high levels of planning and co-ordination of electrical, ventilation, fire safety and air conditioning planners and service providers.
