The task involved providing Due Diligence reports and review of documents for 7 properties at locations across Switzerland. The age, type and condition of the properties varied considerably. Costs for necessary investments and deferred maintenance items were provided in Swiss Francs for an investment period of 10 years.

RBA were also asked to provide site observations for a Phase 1 Environmental Report on the properties.
