RBA took part in an invited competition for refurbishment and extension of a listed former clinic building for provision of serviced apartments for senior citizens as well as associated facilities such as social services, dental and medical practices.

The listed clinic building is to be restored and integrated into the overall concept with the addition of a new central staircase and lift in a glazed foyer which acts as a link between the various functional elements.
