Description: Roof conversion and extension of a turn of the century building in Berlin-Friedrichshain

RBA were commissioned to provide a revised design and approvals as well as detailed planning and limited site supervision services for the conversion of a large corner roof space in a sought-after area of Berlin-Friedrichshain.

Each of the three apartments has a large terrace off the living space and two apartments have further panorama terraces on the main roof level over the living spaces. The standards of fittings and finishes is high. A lift is provided to the roof level.
